Overview of incoming invoice features
Digital e-invoices via XRechnung or ZUGFeRD
work4all supports the e-invoicing formats ZUGFeRD and XRechnung and therefore complies with the legal “obligation to receive e-invoices,” which has applied since January 1, 2025. Both formats can be conveniently captured in work4all via drag and drop, after which the invoice data is automatically extracted from the XML file. Our XRechnung viewer also creates a visual simulation of the incoming invoice from XML files.
