Apply for and manage vacations and absences digitally
The absence calendar manages vacation, special leave, illness, overtime compensation and vocational school periods. The color scheme is used for differentiation.
Other absences, such as parental leave, can also be quickly configured. Entries are flexible for single, half or multiple days.
Employees create a digital leave request. The approver is automatically notified and approves or rejects the leave request. Separate management of leave requests using paper or Excel sheets is thus a thing of the past.
As a field service employee, you can also request leave through the mobile application on your smartphone or in the browser. You can even do this from home in the evening when you are working on your vacation plans.
Vacation is entered centrally in the work4all absence calendar and is then transferred to all relevant work4all calendars and modules.
