Manage storage locations conveniently
In work4all, storage locations can be either traditional places like compartments in a high-bay warehouse, as well as picking warehouses, project warehouses, or mobile storage. Storage locations can be quickly recorded as target or source locations by labeling them with a barcode.
Make goods movements comprehensible
All goods movements, such as bookings, withdrawals and transfers, are carried out in the Item information clearly summarized. Inventory can be viewed and any employee with access to warehouse management can also answer the question “Where is item XY”.
Mobile barcode scanning via Android warehouse scanner
work4all can be used in conjunction with an Android-based barcode scanner for effective processing of inventory management tasks. The barcode scanner can even be equipped with a SIM card, allowing it to be used on the go, such as in assembly vehicles, for checking out items from the warehouse. In the work4all Desktop application, you can track and control all processes.
Transparent inventory movements
Delivery notes or incoming delivery notes are always the basis for entries or cancellations. This makes it possible to transparently understand which items were sent to which customers. Delivery notes can also be converted into a packing list and are therefore available to warehouse employees for quick processing. Of course, delivery notes in work4all can also be converted as invoices.
