In this way, not only can recurring invoices be created, but also offers for the next maintenance service. The title can be individually designed, as can the additional information (e.g. the contract number).

The header and final texts as well as the items of all documents are automatically inserted from predefined templates. The contract contents linked to the articles result in a statement with correct accounting positions and revenue accounts (including accruals).
