When you start the program, daily tasks and approvals catch your eye. Of course, you can access and edit tasks here. One of the many reminder functions in work4all.
You can also view the tasks of your colleagues and delegated tasks. If someone from your team is absent, this feature is particularly helpful.
All of your team's tasks are also displayed at the business partner's file (customer or supplier) and within the project. This means that all colleagues are aware of who has open which tasks in the project or with the customer.
Tasks can be converted directly from offers, invoices, emails, etc. to create a link. The application examples are varied:
