The absence calendar manages holidays, special leave, sick leave, overtime compensation and vocational school hours. The colour coding serves to differentiate between different types of absence.
Other types of absence, such as parental leave, can also be quickly configured. Entries can be made flexibly for single days, half days or multiple days.

Holidays are entered once centrally in the work4all absence calendar and are then transferred to all relevant calendars and modules in work4all.

In work4all, you can conveniently capture receipts using drag & drop or scan – centrally available to all colleagues with the appropriate rights. Incoming invoices can be approved, credit card receipts collected and transactions documented in an audit-proof manner. The ZUGFeRD and X-Rechnung e-invoice formats are also fully supported. All receipts can be exported to Datev or other accounting programmes – including posting proposals that are automatically generated from the stored financial accounting accounts for the items.
