Your profile:

• You are analytical, eloquent and persistent
• You have 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the IT sector as well as an understanding of commercial processes, ideally a business background
• Experience in any CRM, ERP or project management software is an advantage
• Experience in project management
• You enjoy working in a small team (40 employees) because you enjoy making things happen
• Very good written and spoken German
• You are willing to travel around 3 days a week

Your tasks:

You are introducing our work4all software to our new customers, including

• Configuring our clients' business processes in our software
• User training
• Advising our customers (often at managing director level) in their daily workflow
• Recording customer requests and verifying feasibility with development
• Sales support with presentations to potential new customers (in step 2)
• Support with internal projects such as marketing, sales, etc.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Management work4alls KI-Strategie und bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung.
• Du entwickelst eigene KI-native Features (End-to-End: Ideation, Entwicklung, Kunden-Feedback, Iteration), wofür dir ein Team an Software-Entwicklern (Frontend, Backend, KI, QA, Design) zur Verfügung steht.
• Du baust Anbindungen an externe Agenten- und Automatisierungs-Ökosysteme auf (z. B. MCP, n8n).
• Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere ca. 1.000 Bestandskunden aus dem Mittelstand den Sprung in eine agentische Arbeitswelt mitgehen können – pragmatisch und kundenorientiert.
• Du arbeitest darüber hinaus im Kernteam an der Weiterentwicklung unserer CRM/ERP-Web-Applikation mit.

• You have 2-5 years of experience in developing web applications using the React (+Hooks) and RxJS stack (or a comparable setup for functional reactive programming)
• You find hybrid web apps with responsive interfaces for mobile, desktop and web packaging exciting (we use Capacitor & Electron)
• You're no stranger to offline-first architectures (we use RxDB + Apollo)
• You can work in agile projects and are flexible
• You enjoy learning new technologies on your own
• Good written and spoken German & basic English (for framework documentation)
• You enjoy working in a small team (40 employees) because you enjoy making things happen

Plus points:

• First experience with any CRM, ERP or project management software
• You know the handoff from design tools like Figma
• Experience with Git & GitFlow is an advantage
• Typescript and Test-Driven Development are no foreign words to you
• You know a Monorepo project structure

• You support us in developing our CRM/ERP solution as a web application
• You work as a team on the implementation of the web interface for various platforms
