A central database for all addresses of customers, suppliers, business partners, and projects across the entire company serves as the core of good organization! Work4All prevents duplicates and quickly finds the right contact person with all their previous communication through the quick search feature — synchronized with Outlook and your mobile data for on-the-go access. Grouping and categorizing contacts provide the basis for evaluations and marketing actions.

Microsoft OneDrive / SharePoint

If you want to use OneDrive as your file storage, you can connect it with work4all. This makes OneDrive the central storage location for your files – optionally even organized by project.

Salesforce (CRM-system)

The term “CRM system” covers both sales-oriented CRM systems (like the one built into work4all) and marketing-oriented CRM systems (such as Salesforce). With Salesforce, for example, marketing leads can be qualified through newsletters, online marketing integrations, and more. The data – typically customer master data – is then transferred to work4all, where it can be used within the ERP system.

HubSpot (CRM-software)

Connecting a CRM system to work4all, even though work4all already has a CRM system? That can actually make sense. The term CRM system covers both sales-oriented CRM systems (like the one in work4all) and marketing-oriented CRM systems (such as HubSpot). With HubSpot, marketing leads can be qualified (e.g., via newsletters, online marketing integration, etc.), and the data—typically customer master data—is then transferred to work4all and can be used for ERP purposes.

rapidmail (newsletter-software)

With work4all, you can send emails. However, when it comes to (potentially automated) mass emails with high design requirements, double opt-in, click tracking, etc., software like Rapidmail is better suited. Customer and prospect master data remain in work4all, while the emails are sent via Rapidmail.

DocuWare (DMS-system)

In principle, documents in work4all can be stored in your own directories. If you prefer a file storage system in a “real” DMS, work4all can be connected to DocuWare. The interface is currently under development and is expected to be completed in Q1 2026.

Go! Express & Logistics (courier service)

Go! Express & Logistics is an international express courier service. Using the interface, work4all transfers data from delivery notes and almost automatically creates shipping labels, similar to the DHL or UPS integration.

Shipping Providers

Shipping labels in work4all are created based on delivery notes. The data is transmitted to DHL, UPS, or DPD, and the shipping labels can be printed immediately.

Integration of webshops and product data from renowned suppliers for orders (via OCI or IDS interface)

OCI or IDS are standardized interface formats that give you quick access to your suppliers’ online shops. You open an order in work4all, jump to your supplier’s webshop from there, and the shopping cart is then transferred back into work4all at the end of the ordering process. This saves you from constantly maintaining your item data and prices.

BeneticsAI (AI-powered voice assistant for craft businesses)

Benetics AI is an AI-powered voice assistant for craft businesses that simplifies documentation and communication on construction sites. Using natural language input—even in foreign languages—tasks, defects, and construction reports, including photos, can be recorded quickly and easily. The data is automatically structured and transferred to work4all via the interface.

AtroPIM (PIM software)

With AtroCore (Master Data Management) and/or AtroPIM (Product Information Management), you can manage master and product data centrally and efficiently. The integration with work4all is flexibly configurable, enables fully automated data exchange, ensures consistent information across all systems, and reduces maintenance effort. This connection is particularly useful for linking webshops to work4all.

GaebStudio

GAEB files support data exchange in AVA processes (tendering, often in the construction industry). While work4all can import GAEB files, when it comes to creating them, Mohr-IT has developed a powerful tool – GAEBStudio – that can convert a wide range of file formats. Simply export from work4all, import into GAEBStudio, and perform any conversion you need.

PYTHA

work4all offers an interface to PYTHA, the powerful 3D CAD system for carpenters and joiners. Whether you are designing high-end bedrooms, wardrobes, or kitchens, or planning commercial spaces such as restaurants, hotel lobbies, or medical practices, work4all together with the PYTHA interface allows you to meet these industry-specific requirements.

Zapier, n8n & Co.

Zapier, n8n & Co. enable customized process automations. Additionally, AI agents can be integrated for automations with relatively little effort, and connections to other software solutions can be implemented via low-code/no-code without external help.

Examples:
- When a quote becomes an order, set the project status to "In   Progress."
- If significantly fewer project hours than working hours were    recorded yesterday, send a reminder via Teams to the responsible    person.
- Take all PDF orders from the mailbox Bestellung@xy.de, extract the    PDFs using AI, and create an order in work4all.

Calendly, Zeeg, Microsoft Bookings & Co.

The mentioned tools enable easy appointment scheduling via booking links. Appointments booked this way can be automatically synchronized to work4all using our Exchange connector and linked to the customer file based on the email address.
